Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to support@jancee.co. Our team will respond within 7 working days and advise you on the next steps in the cancellation process.
2. Orders Already Processed
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
- In this case, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy once you receive the item.
- Please note: Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
3. Custom or Limited-Edition Items
- Orders for customized, personalized, or limited-edition items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
4. Refunds
- Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method within 30 working days.
- Some payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
