Orders and Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted only once payment has been verified and the item(s) are prepared for dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Malaysia only.

Delivery timelines and fees will be displayed during checkout.

JANCEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
